Aurora Home Care Director of Nursing to Offer Free Memory Screenings in Honor of National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month.
On November 18th, 2021 from 1p-3:30p, the staff nurses of Aurora Home Care in Wyomissing will be conducting complimentary Memory Screenings for anyone wanting to check their cognitive status. This is not a diagnostic test, but rather preventative. Each screening will take appx. 15 mins. The nurse will provide a recommendation based on the results.
We receive all testing material from the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America as part of their National Memory Screening Program.
