Join the League of Women Voters of Berks County on BCTV as we discuss “Election Integrity and the Election Audit” Tuesday February 8th, 2022 8pm-9pm.

Guests include:

Legislature’s Committee on Voting System Technology. He is an active member of several election integrity organizations including the Election Verification Network.
  • Donna Blatt

  • Anne Norton
    • Anne is Chief Registrar for the Berks County Election Services.
  • Ruth Martelli
    • Ruth is a volunteer at the polls. She served as a Judge of Elections in Berks County for many years.

Questions we expect to answer include:

  • What is involved in an Election Audit?
  • How do Election Services keep the registration list current (removing people who have moved out of county, who have died, or who have lost their right to vote through criminal conviction)?
  • How safe are our voting machines and are they connected to the internet?
  • How safe are our drop boxes?
  • What processes does a mail-in ballot go through to assure it is proper before it is tallied?
  • How are the votes tallied?

And more.
