Each year, Richard A. Zuber, owner of Richard A. Zuber Realty, the area’s largest locally-owned and operated real estate business, names top producers for the year. For 2021, Brian Gilbert was named Top Producer for the 27th consecutive year. Also named, in order of their sales, were Kathy Morcrette, Jody Dolansky, Gary Pace, and Karl Stauffer.

Zuber noted, in each case, that their expertise, professionalism, and attention to details, coupled with the care and concern they show their clients, are hallmarks of their success. “They take care of their people,” he explained. “People feel comfortable with them and trust them.”

Of the organization in general, he challenged, “We need to keep doing what we’re doing!”

Zuber began the annual Progress luncheon by acknowledging the contributions of the leaders in each of the organization’s divisions and the support staff who contribute to its successful operation adding, “Working together helps everyone.”

Accolades were given to JoCarol Zuber and Colette Moyer for their outstanding customer service and production achievements in the Insurance Division. The Property Management Division was recognized for their work with Paula Babb handling all the day-to day-operations for the rentals as well as management of several condominium associations. This division is overseen by Connie Dolansky and, although their main priority is working in sales with buyers and sellers, agents Jody Dolansky and Brian Gilbert also show their expertise in this division.

The Appraisal Division, run by Susan Martin, with over 30 years in the business, and apprentice Jack Mueller were lauded for their service. Gary Pace and Adam Krisko in the Commercial/Industrial Division received thanks from Zuber for their contributions.

“Admin” Ashley Jeschonek and Heidi Sollinger, Zuber Realty’s support staff managed by Connie Dolansky, were acknowledged. Zuber noted that the company is recognized for its efficient, personal service, adding that a recent client noted that the company was unusual in the industry in that a live person answers the phone and responds to a question or request the same day.

Recently retired agent Carol Wozniak was honored at the meeting. “Wozniak is who we are,” he claimed. Zuber invited those in attendance to share details and stories of Wozniak’s character and experiences. Zuber recounted the pride she took in her work and the savvy networking and marketing efforts she demonstrated early in her career.

Wozniak’s competitive nature was revealed along with several testimonies of those who fear driving with her. Wozniak recalled that she was charged with decorating the Boyertown office’s Christmas tree each year as part of the organization’s contest, but disappointed because after a few years the contest was canceled. “It got cancelled because my tree won every year!” she noted.

Learning that she tried hard to be the Top Performer to break Gilbert’s record was insightful, and a family anecdote during a football game that demonstrated her competitiveness brought laughter among the group.

A Norristown native, Wozniak shared her history in the Boyertown area since 1970 as a trained florist, her connection with Zuber Realty since 1982, and her current involvements as a vendor at Swamp Door. “I don’t miss the real estate business,” she offered. “These are crazy times, but I do miss working with people.”
