Bagnoni Appointed to Serve as New District Court Administrator for Berks County

The 23rd Judicial District of Pa./Berks County Court of Common Pleas is pleased to announce the appointment by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, upon recommendation by President Judge Thomas G. Parisi, of Julia E. Bagnoni, Esquire, as its new District Court Administrator, effective August 15, 2022.

Attorney Bagnoni previously served as the Deputy Court Administrator for the past 8 years in the 6th Judicial District of Pa./Erie County Court of Common Pleas. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University in Business Administration, Liberal Arts and Sciences and a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Hamden, Connecticut.

Attorney Bagnoni will replace the long-serving District Court Administrator, Stephen A. Weber. Weber will be retiring Friday, Aug. 12 after 46 years of dedicated service to the County of Berks. Weber spent the last 16 years serving as District Court Administrator with the 23rd Judicial District of Pa./Berks County following a 30-year stint with Berks County Adult Probation/Parole.
