Reading Police Department Shares Back-To-School Safety Tips

As students prepare to return to school today, Police Chief Richard Tornielli issued the following statement with important safety tips for students, parents, and motorists.

“As school resumes for most of our city education entities, motorists should be vigilant for extra traffic and pedestrians during the school day, and parents and children should be mindful of safety precautions they can take in order to get to school safely,” said Chief Tornielli.
