Berks Business Education Coalition Names New Executive Director
Terri Hill

The Berks Business Education Coalition (BBEC) is pleased to announce that Terri Hill has been selected as the new Executive Director. In her role Terri will bring together leaders in business and education to help our students access the resources and experiences needed to better prepare for life after graduation.  The BBEC celebrates 31 years since its founding and Terri becomes the fourth Executive Director.

John P. Weidenhammer BBEC Board Chair said “It was evident to the selection committee that Terri has a passion for creating meaningful experiences to ensure students make better decisions about their future. Her diverse business background enables her to relate to the needs of our business community.  Together with her educational background, community relationships and leadership skills she will advance and promote the BBEC’s mission.

Terri graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Secondary Education in Mathematics. She is a certified facilitator for the Proctor-Gallagher Institute and has served in leadership roles in Rotary and the American Business Women’s Association.  Throughout her 25-year career in sales and marketing, she has worked with businesses in Berks County and in neighboring communities.  She founded Two Hills Consulting in February 2020 to guide professionals in transition

She was integral in developing and implementing, along with Gary Seibert of the Small Business Resource Association (SBRA), the Emerging Entrepreneurs Academy (EEA). In collaboration with the BCIU’s Career Ready Berks, the EEA launched its first academy in 2022 providing an opportunity for students from Berks County school districts to learn directly from business owners in their field of interest and intern in a small business environment.
