Spotlight on Kutztown University’s Social Media Analytics Programs

Combining Business, English and Communications Studies, Kutztown has created unique Academic programs focused on Social Media.   They have launched an undergraduate Major and Minor programs, as well as a certificate in Social Media.  Built on the Platform of a Social Media Analytics Hub (SMASH), they employ unique and innovation technology to assist students in developing social media content as well as the analytics necessary to assess and evaluate this work.

Local organizations and businesses can work with student interns or through the Kutztown Small Business Development Center to develop a Social Media based campaign.
