Representatives from Hope Rescue Mission and Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge (PAATC) gathered at Hope Rescue Mission on Wednesday, March 22nd at 10am to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the newest Naaman Center in Berks County.
Naaman Center is a network of outpatient drug and alcohol treatment centers that is part of the Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge family of ministries. They provide individual and group therapy to those in recovery.
“We are excited to host the first Naaman Center in Berks County. Being located within our Men’s Center provides those battling addiction with convenient and immediate resources to get the help they need to be restored to a healthy, productive life,” said Rob Turchi, CEO of Hope Rescue Mission.
Sr. VP of Business Development at PAATC Shawn Ryan added, “We recognize the weight of the impact Hope Rescue has had on the community and are proud to be supporting their efforts to serve this demographic – an overwhelming number of whom struggle with addiction.”
This partnership is part of Pennsylvania Adult and Teen Challenge’s “Whole10K” vision –a focus on serving 10,000 people annually. Naaman Center is a subsidiary ministry of PAATC with locations throughout Dauphin and Lancaster counties.
