Kelly Spayd Receives Five Awards at Keller Williams Greater PA Regional Awards Gala

Kelly Spayd of Keller Williams Platinum Realty received five awards at the Keller Williams Greater PA Regional Awards Gala 2022 on April 13th held in Drexel Hill, PA.

Kelly received the following awards from the Keller Williams Greater PA Region which consists of 10,000 agents for 2022: #2 Individual Gross Commission Income, #3 Individual Closed Volume, #3 Individual Listings Sold Volume, #4 Individual Listings Sold, and #9 Individual Closed Units. In addition, Kelly won the two top local awards from Keller Williams Platinum Realty: 2022 Top Agent Award Units and 2022 Top Agent Gross Commission Income. In 2022, Spayd closed 95 units for a closed volume of $36 million. To date in 2023, she has closed 26 units for a closed volume of $5.6 million.
