Fleetwood Bank Welcomes New Director to its Board of Directors

Becky Iannelli, CPA, has joined the Board of Directors of Fleetwood Bank and Fleetwood Bank Corporation. Since October 2019, she has served as the Executive Director of the Berks Earned Income Tax Bureau. Prior to this, Becky was the Chief Financial Officer for Boyertown Area School District, and she spent the majority of her career with RKL LLP (originally Reinsel & Company), a regional public accounting firm. As a Principal in the Audit Services Group, Becky performed and managed audits of government and not-for-profit entities. She obtained her B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster.

“It is Fleetwood Bank’s pleasure to welcome Becky as our new Director. With over 25 years of experience helping government and non-profit clients meet their financial reporting and compliance needs, her industry expertise and insight will be paramount to our Board of Directors,” said Timothy Snyder, President and CEO of Fleetwood Bank. “As a graduate of Boyertown Area Senior High School who currently resides in Exeter Township, Becky encompasses the same steadfast loyalty to community that the rest of our Board of Directors and decision-makers value.” This dedication to community is apparent through Becky’s investment as a Board Member of the Foundation for Reading Area Community College since 2016 and a member of Opportunity House’s board since 2020.

The draw of the governmental and not-for-profit clients at RKL is what originally interested Becky in her current position at Berks Earned Income Tax Bureau – and now also at Fleetwood Bank. “I am honored to be a part of Fleetwood Bank’s Board of Directors. As a Boyertown native, I know the importance a local bank plays in the community. The importance of giving back and helping those around us is paramount for a successful community. Beyond the financial relationship that Fleetwood Bank provides for local residents, the support of local events and organizations, and sense of family make it a true community bank. I am excited to be a part of continuing Fleetwood Bank’s success,” said Becky.
