Public Invited to Hiring Event in Reading for Customer Service Representatives

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will host a hiring event for job seekers from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, at the Berks County Maintenance Office, at 4680 N. 5th St. Highway, Temple.

PennDOT is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill customer service representative and related supervisory positions in Berks County. Starting pay is $18.99 an hour. Applicants can learn about and apply for these positions at the event. For more information, please email [email protected].

On-the-spot applications and interviews will be offered to qualified applicants. Staff will be available to help interested participants navigate the electronic application system. Applicants should bring the information necessary to complete an application, be prepared to interview, and bring two forms of identification.

Staff will be available to discuss current and future openings within the Commonwealth.
