Humane Pennsylvania to Hold 12 Days of Adoption, Annual Howliday Donation Drive

The 12 Days of Adoptions is almost here!

Starting Wednesday, Dec. 13, through Sunday, Dec. 24, we’re celebrating the paw-liday season with our special 12 Days of Adoptions event!

During this event, adoption fees for cats, critters, and dogs will be waived at our Berks and Lancaster adoption centers, thanks to our generous sponsors!

Visit our Adoptable Pets page and check out the amazing adoptable animals that need a fur-ever home for the holidays, or visit them in person at our adoption centers! Adoption hours are Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In addition, the Howliday Donation Drive takes place every year from Dec. 1-31.

Collection boxes are stationed at participating businesses throughout Berks and Lancaster Counties and surrounding areas. High-priority items are wet and dry dog and cat food.

Donations go directly to the animals in our care and support Spike’s Pet Food Pantry, which distributed over 90,000 lbs. of food, supplies, and litter to families and organizations in need this year.
