The Reading Fightin Phils are excited to have our furriest fans out at FirstEnergy Stadium this summer during our Bark in the Park nights, thanks to Humane Pennsylvania. There will be five Sunday nights at America’s Classic ballpark, where fans can bring their dogs along with them to enjoy the game.

Dog tickets are available for just $5 at these select games in addition to the paying humans. Pups have their own seat, so they have just as great of a view as you do! Humane Pennsylvania will have information tables set up in the Plaza at all Bark in the Park games.

“Humane Pennsylvania is quite proud of the meaningful partnership it has built with the Reading Fightin Phils over the years,” said Lauren Pignetti, Director of Development. “Bark in the Park Nights allows us to share our mission within the community, and it gives local families a chance to enjoy a fun-filled, dog-friendly night at the ballpark!”

Bark in the Park Nights:

Sunday, June 9 at 5:15 p.m. vs. Harrisburg (Nationals)

Sunday, June 30 at 5:15 p.m. vs. Bowie (Orioles)

Sunday, July 14 at 5:15 p.m. vs. Akron (Guardians)

Sunday, Aug. 4 at 5:15 p.m. vs. Hartford (Rockies)

Sunday, Aug. 18 at 5:15 p.m. vs. New Hampshire (Blue Jays)

With a large ballpark, fans can have the opportunity to take their dogs out for some fresh air, get lots of affection from other fans, and enjoy America’s pastime. The R-Phils will have drinking water in multiple areas, as well as a separate space for pets to do their business. Join us at America’s Classic Ballpark with your best friend to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Humane Pennsylvania is an innovative national leader in animal welfare, with adoption centers, accredited non-profit veterinary hospitals, emergency animal rescue services, community pet assistance programs, an animal-focused charitable foundation, and a free public dog park. The Reading Fightin Phils return to FirstEnergy Stadium to open the 2024 season on April 9, 2024, against the Portland Sea Dogs. While individual game tickets go on sale at a later date, fans can purchase a General Admission 10 Pack, which includes 10 General Admission tickets to be used at any game, as well as two free Opening Night tickets, all for just $70. Fans can also purchase a Mini Plan or Flex Bank for the 2024 season. Mini Plans start with as few as four games and flex banks as little as 12 tickets.
