Downtown Reading’s GlowFEST is back and brighter than ever! The City of Reading invites residents and visitors to experience an unforgettable evening of lights, energy, and community spirit on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., along the 500 and 600 blocks of Penn Street.
This year’s GlowFEST features exciting new attractions and family-friendly fun, including:
- Ferris wheel on Penn Street and additional carnival rides from Tons of Fun Shows
- Local food, art, and retail vendors fills the streets with flavor and creativity
- Nemesis Fitness’s fourth annual Free Community Glow Run kicks off at 6 p.m.

- Live entertainment and glowing activities for all ages
Free parking for the event will be available courtesy of the Reading Parking Authority from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the following locations:
- Chiarelli Garage (69 N. 3rd St.)
- Cherry Lot (341 Cherry St.)
