The Berks County Home Builder’s Association has announced the dates for the 2026 The Original Show Home Run Building and Trade Expo, to be held March 13-15 at the Redner’s Event Center at FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading.
Proudly sponsored by bronze sponsor AA Remodeling/Aluminum Associates, this annual event connects homeowners, builders, remodelers, suppliers, and service professionals for a weekend of networking, learning about the latest industry trends, and exploring quality construction products and services.
“We are excited to welcome the community to this year’s Home Run Building & Trade Expo,” said Peter Bonargo, President of the HBA of Berks County. “This event is a fantastic opportunity for homeowners to connect with local builders, learn about the latest trends in residential construction, and see the highest quality products and services our members have to offer. We look forward to another exciting weekend of education, networking, and community engagement.”
This year’s guest speaker is award-winning media personality and TV talk show host Dr. Lori. Dr. Lori is a star on the History Channel’s The Curse of Oak Island and appears in the new series Pawn Stars Do America. She has also been featured on Netflix’s King of Collectibles.
Dr. Lori will offer free appraisals on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional items may be appraised for a fee of $25.00 per item, and oversized items may be evaluated from photographs. She will be available Saturday, March 14, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Sunday, March 15, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Admission to The Original Home Show Home Run Building and Trade Expo is $5.00 per day, with free entry for children 17 and under.
The Reading Royals mascot, Slapshot, will be in attendance on Friday, March 13, at 4 p.m., and the Fightin Phils mascot, Screwball, will be in attendance on Saturday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Show hours are as follows:
- Friday, March 13: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, March 14: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, March 15: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
