Celebrating its eighth year on the day prior to National Pretzel Day, West Reading’s Pretzel & Beer Festival will take place on Saturday, April 25, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The streets will be closed between the 500-700 blocks of Penn Avenue so festivalgoers can indulge in pretzels and beer, support West Reading retail vendors and featured exhibitors, including a wide array of food and beverage choices, a ticketed beer tasting, and live music. The festival is free to attend, so come support our region’s bounty and celebrate our Pretzel Day!

A ticketed beer tasting (21+) requires tickets and is available on festival day, featuring over 40 selections to sample. The tasting proceeds benefit the West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation (WRCRF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is dedicated to the revitalization and growth of West Reading. Visit visitwestreading.org to learn more and access the tasting ticket link.
The free live music stage will be at 6th and Penn Avenues and will feature:
- Dylan Zangwill (full band… 3:55 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.)
- PURE JERRY (2:35 p.m. to 3:35 p.m.)
- Pseudo Seal (1:20 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.)
- The Midnight Antics (12:10 p.m. to 1 p.m.)
