Berks Family Business Alliance Storytelling Series to Spotlight New Castle Lawn & Landscape

Join the Berks Family Business Alliance (FBA), a signature program of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), for the third installment of its 2026 FBA Storytelling Series on Thursday, Aug. 6, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the New Castle Lawn & Landscape, 3 E. Pointe Dr., Birdsboro.

“Rooted in Success: The New Castle Lawn & Landscape Story” will bring together Brian Cuccaro, Co-Founder and President; CEO Brad Stephenson; Dan Marshall, VP of Operations; and Andy Auchenbach, Business Development Executive and ISA Certified Arboris for an engaging Q&A session. Together, they bring expertise spanning entrepreneurship, leadership, finance, operations, sales, workforce development, technology, and client experience.

Whether you’re navigating growth, building a strong company culture, preparing the next generation of leaders, or tackling the day-to-day challenges of running a family business, this panel will share candid lessons learned, practical strategies, and the real-world experiences that have shaped New Castle’s journey. Bring your questions and leave with fresh ideas and actionable insights you can put into practice.
