On Sunday, September 6th, 2026, Game7 and Stvsh presented their second annual ‘Legends Only’ Basketball tournament at Baer Park in Reading, PA. Created by Walter ‘KnoCHILL Pruitt’ and his cousin and Game7 labelmate, Demetrius ‘T.O.P.’ Profic, the ‘Legends Only’ Basketball Tournament brings together ballers from all over the city to compete for bragging rights and a cash prize.
“It started out as just an idea that would bring the city together and also as a way to see if the older guys still had it,” said Pruitt. “I feel the city needs more events like we had in the past that brings us together. It’s important for the youth to see how strong we are together, rather than the negativity they’re used to seeing. What also gives this event meaning to me is, legacy. It’s something that will last in some of our hearts forever, something my sons can be proud to say, ‘My Dad started that,’” said Pruitt.
In the spirit of true collaboration, the event was hosted by DJ H Vidal, All Stars Barbershop provided haircut vouchers, Southern Side Kitchen provided food, and a DJ, The 610 Problem, added to the festivities.
“What happened on Sunday at the Legends Only Basketball Tournament was nothing short of amazing. It was proof that when our community comes together to have a good time, the results are something to remember forever. We had good food, music, and basketball; kids were fed, their faces were painted, and school supplies were given out. What stands out most in my mind at the moment is the fact that everyone made it home safe. The stigma that cast a dark cloud over Reading, Pa was put to shame on Sunday. Well over 100 beautiful smiling faces came out to enjoy themselves, and they did just that. Young and old all came together to show love to each other, to support one another, and to represent the city of Reading PA. “You just had to be there!!”
The Blue Team (Been Stamped) took home the championship title and Dame Scott was the game’s MVP. The ‘Legendary’ Community Service Award was presented to local leader and founder of Real Deal 610, Seleda Simmons, honoring her leadership, compassion, and commitment to the betterment of others.
Pruitt added, “This is definitely only the beginning. The Legends Only Basketball Tournament is a blessing that the city needs. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated, and to those who helped to make it possible.”
