From County of Berks
The County of Berks South Campus will be closed to the public until further notice. The closure is to ensure that contractors have full access to the building to conduct remediations to the building’s water systems following the discovery of Legionella bacteria in the water system. The South Campus is located at 400 E. Wyomissing Ave. in Mohnton.
Operations for departments located at the South Campus will continue while the building is closed. Approximately 95 county staff members will work remotely or at alternative locations during this time.
If you have in-person business with any of the following departments, please contact those departments to determine new arrangements — the Area Agency on Aging, Assessment, Mapping, the Workforce Development Board, the Planning Commission, the Industrial Development Authority, the Berks County Redevelopment Authority, Community & Economic Development, the Book Bonanza, County Archives, and the offices of Magisterial District Justice David Yoch.
