Editor’s note: Due to rain, Mayor Eddie Morán’s Halloween on Penn event has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Oct. 29, at the same time and location.

The City of Reading invites you to join Mayor Eddie Morán and hundreds of residents for a spooktacular evening at the fifth annual Halloween on Penn event on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., on the 600 block of Penn Street. This festive gathering promises a ghoulishly good time for all ages!

Event highlights will include:

Where can you park? The Reading Parking Authority will provide free parking from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the day of the event at the South Penn Garage located at 626 Cherry St.

If you’d like to participate and promote your organization or business, and have the chance to engage with hundreds of families, showcase your organization, and hand out candy or snacks to trick-or-treaters, please send an email to Maria.Delgado@ReadingPA.gov.
