Albright College Announces Shine Bright Albright Fundraising Gala to Support Student Scholarships

From Albright College

Albright College will host the first Shine Bright Albright Fundraising Gala on Thursday, April 16, at 6 p.m., on the campus of Albright College. The gala marks the launch of a new signature fundraising event dedicated to expanding access to education through student scholarships and investing directly in the next generation of leaders.

The inaugural gala will bring together alumni, donors, community leaders, and friends of the College for an evening centered on impact. Funds raised will directly support scholarships, allowing Albright students to focus on learning, leadership, and community engagement.

The first annual Shine Bright Albright Gala marks the beginning of what the College envisions as a lasting tradition of generosity. Through powerful storytelling and moments of reflection, the evening will highlight students, their stories, and outcomes made possible by philanthropic support.

“This event will bring our community together around what matters most: our students,” James Gaddy, Vice President of Advancement, said. “The scholarships supported through the gala do more than ease financial burden; they will change lives, create opportunity, and affirm our shared belief in the promise of an Albright education.”

The event will also serve as a celebration of the collective generosity that fuels academic excellence and student success across campus.

Shine Bright Albright will feature opportunities for meaningful connection, recognition of philanthropic impact, and a call to action for those who believe in education as a force for good.
