Fleetwood Bank President Appointed to ICBA Committee

From Fleetwood Bank

The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) announced on Friday, April 3, that Timothy Snyder, President and CEO of Fleetwood Bank, was appointed to serve on ICBA’s Legislative Issues Committee. As the nation’s voice for community banks, ICBA’s sole focus is ensuring community banks and the customers they serve continue to flourish.

“Community banks are essential to healthy local economies, providing trusted guidance and support that fuel long‑term growth,” said Snyder. “I’m proud to support ICBA’s work and help ensure community banks have the advocacy, resources, and innovative tools they need to continue delivering meaningful impact in the communities they serve.”

In this role, Snyder will help shape and promote ICBA’s policy positions and programming, engage in grassroots advocacy efforts in Pennsylvania, and serve as a bridge between local community banks and ICBA leadership in Washington, D.C.

“Leaders like Snyder who balance running successful businesses with a commitment to strengthening our industry play a vital role in ICBA’s mission,” said ICBA Chair Alice Frazier, president and CEO of Potomac Bank in Charles Town, WV. “We are grateful to Snyder for contributing his time and expertise as we advance the work of the Legislative Issues Committee and champion the interests of the nation’s community banks.”
