D&S Elite Construction Announces Leadership Transition

D&S Elite Construction Inc., a leading full-service general contracting firm serving Eastern Pennsylvania, is proud to announce a strategic leadership transition that positions the company for its next phase of growth.

Effective immediately, Allen Butler, formerly Vice President of Construction, has been named President. Founder and current President Joseph Delibertis will transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This transition reflects the company’s continued evolution following one of the strongest years in its history, marked by sustained growth, expanded project portfolios, and increased regional recognition.

“Allen has been an integral part of our success and growth,” said Delibertis. “His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to our people-first culture make him the ideal person to step into the role of President. I’m excited to support the company’s long-term vision as CEO while Allen leads our day-to-day operations.”

Butler joined D&S Elite Construction in 2020 and has played a key role in strengthening operations, enhancing project delivery, and advancing the company’s reputation for quality craftsmanship and client experience.
