This Thursday, July 16, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Berks County Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Dave Kline Productions present the third in the monthly Busker Incognito’s Blues & Boogie Jam Series at the Cheers Bistro at the Doubletree by Hilton Reading. Just as the previous two monthly events have been, this Thursday’s jam promises to be another incredible night.
This month, Busker Incognito’s Blues & Boogie Jam Night will present Special Guest Artist VIPs Jolene Windmiller and Katie Henry, performing with the core house band: Dave Lewis, John King, Chuck Steinle, Doug Kauffman, and Dave Kline, all of whom are inducted members of the Berks County Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The evening will present blues, high-energy boogie, and great vibes, with a special tribute to blues pioneer Memphis Minnie. In addition to live music, there will be delicious food and beverages available from 4 p.m. on. No reservations are required, open seating, no cover, no minimum, free parking validation in the hotel garage for all who eat at the Cheers Bistro at the Doubletree by Hilton Reading. There will also be free limited-edition t-shirts, sunglasses, CDs, vinyl albums, and more.
The series presents all styles of blues, boogie, and related music, including original music along with interpretive covers of classics, and provides a great night out in downtown Reading for avid music fans or for people just looking for a fun night out.
