Family Guidance Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Dellise Otero, JD, CPA, to its Board of Directors. Otero brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, business management, entrepreneurship, and financial leadership, along with a strong commitment to mentoring and making a positive impact in the community.
Otero currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Firm Administrator at Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys, where she combines her legal and financial expertise to support the firm’s strategic and operational objectives. Her professional background includes leadership positions as a CFO, Controller, and Certified Public Accountant, giving her extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, business strategy, and organizational management.

Otero’s appointment comes as Family Guidance Center continues to strengthen its leadership and expand its reach throughout Berks County. The organization remains focused on increasing access to quality mental health services, building community partnerships, reducing barriers to care, and educating the community about mental health and wellness.
