John Paul II Center for Special Learning (JPII) is pleased to announce the approval of two new members to its Board of Directors.
Beginning their three-year terms are:
Alexandria Cirko is the Vice President of Mission & Ministry at Penn State Health – St. Joseph. In her role, she oversees pastoral care and chaplaincy, as well as leads the hospital’s ethics, parish outreach and mission and ministry initiatives. Her experience includes more than 30 years in Catholic education as a teacher and principal. Cirko earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education at Holy Family University, Philadelphia, and a master’s degree in elementary education and educational leadership at Neumann University, Aston, Pa. She is a board-certified chaplain with the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy, New York.
John Perate is a career banker currently serving as a Middle Market Banking Executive and Senior Vice President of Fulton Bank in Wyomissing, PA. He leads a team of bankers throughout Central Pennsylvania who work with business owners and leadership teams to support growth, financial management, and strategic planning. John earned a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University where he studied Marketing and International Business. In addition to JPII, John also serves on the boards of Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, Law Foundation of Berks County, Berks Business Education Coalition, and on the advisory board for both Penn State Berks and Alvernia University.
