Submit a Picture or Video for a Bumper

Share your images from around Berks County to be aired between programs on BCTV!

What is a bumper?

If you’ve ever watched BCTV’s live telecast, you’ve likely seen short videos featuring the BCTV logo that play between scheduled programming. Those short videos are called bumpers. We’ve found that some of the best bumpers are ones that depict scenes in and around Berks County, so we’ve created this submission form to allow members of our community to submit their own pictures and videos to be made into bumpers!

If you’ve taken a great picture or short video (no more than 30 seconds in duration) while out and about in Berks County and think it would make a great bumper for our telecast, submit it here!

What are the guidelines?

  • Picture/video MUST be wholly original with no copyrighted material
  • NO portraits, no selfies, and avoid including recognizable people in images. Focus on landscapes, objects, or scenery instead
  • Pictures MUST be high quality and videos MUST be at least 1920 x 1080p (full HD)
  • Picture/video MUST be in landscape (horizontal) orientation
  • Video footage MUST be reasonably stable (not shaky)
  • NO political campaigning, commercial advertising, obscene content, or religious proselytizing

Please note: While we do hope to use as much community submitted media for bumpers as possible, BCTV reserves the right to reject any submitted footage with or without explanation that does not meet the above listed guidelines. Submitting media on this page does NOT guarantee it will air on BCTV.
