The City of Reading is excited to announce the kick-off of the 2025 First Friday block party season on Friday, June 6, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., on the 600 block of Penn Street. This event promises an evening filled with art, culture, and community fun.

Attendees can enjoy:

• Local and regional food vendors offering a variety of delicious food.
• A beer garden fueled by Pagoda City Brewing & Casa W Distillery.
• Live music by Caya Sol and entertainment by DJ Henry Houdini.
• Art, face painting, jumbo games, and other kid-friendly activities.
• Local creatives selling crochet, drinkware, keychains, jewelry, lip glosses, hair-braiding, and more.
