The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance.\nHoli is the Hindu Festival of Colors that celebrates love\, the arrival of spring\, and the spirit of inclusiveness and community. The Penn State Berks celebration will include colorful\, fun activities for all ages\, food\, music\, and color powder-throwing (please note that the powder contains cornstarch: Attendees with allergies or sensitivities to corn should take necessary precautions).
