DESCRIPTION:Someone needs to give out snacks with a smile while monitoring the donors and making sure they are doing well after donating. Why not you? \n\n\n\nHave fun meeting new people and helping your community at the same time! \n\n\n\nCanteen Attendants tend to blood donors after the donation process is complete. They offer a drink and a snack while ensuring the donor is feeling well and remains in the canteen for at least 15 minutes. \n\n\n\nVolunteers can help at a variety of blood drives in the community at schools\, businesses\, churches\, or other community organizations. You choose when and where you would like to volunteer. It could be once a month or as often as you would like. Most of the need is during the workday. We are sorry\, but we cannot help fulfill court-ordered adult community service hours. We are not currently working with employment agencies or placement agencies. \n\n\n\nWe are in need of canteen volunteers in Berks County\, Northern Berks County\, Montgomery County\, Chester County\, and the Boyertown area. Every two seconds\, someone needs blood. Please consider helping us make sure it is available.

SUMMARY:RCT Production of "A Funny Thing Happened on The Way to The Forum"
DESCRIPTION:A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart. Inspired by the farces of the ancient Roman playwright Plautu (254–184 BC)\, specifically Curculio\, Pseudolus\, Miles Gloriosus\, and Mostellaria\, the musical tells the bawdy story of a slave named Pseudolus and his attempts to win his freedom by helping his young master woo the girl next door. \nThe plot displays many classic elements of farce\, including puns\, the slamming of doors\, cases of mistaken identity (frequently involving characters disguising themselves as one another)\, and satirical comments on social class. The title derives from a line often used by vaudeville comedians to begin a story: “A funny thing happened on the way to the theater”. \nPerformances are on \nFriday – June 12 and 19 – 7:30 PM \nSaturday – June 13 -and 20 – 7:30 PM \nSunday – June 14 and 21 – 2:00 PM \n  \nRCT Performance Space\nFree Parking\nHandicap seating available \nLocated at the Boscov’s East shopping Center in Exeter PA \nTicket prices range from $25 to $35
