This is a health and wellness festival for EVERY BODY! Local nonprofit, My Gut Instinct, is proud to host their 13th annual event thanks to their long-standing title sponsor, Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. Guts and Glory has grown into one of Berks County’s most anticipated community health celebrations — uniting thousands in a shared mission of education, empowerment, and joyful living.
 
Thrive from the inside out by stopping by this FREE community event that is pet-friendly and meant for all ages. This event brings together the full spectrum of wellness with more than 100 vendors and community partners spanning nutrition, fitness, preventive health, integrative medicine, mental well-being, and lifestyle balance. This year, we are proud to introduce an exciting new event layout designed around our six core pillars of whole‑body health: NOURISH, REST, MOVE, PREVENT, GLOW, and COMMUNITY. Each zone will feature signature, high‑impact activities crafted to spark learning, inspire healthy habits, and invite hands‑on participation from attendees of all ages.
