With America’s 250th birthday less than two years away, the Friends of Hopewell Furnace cordially invite you to join Chester County’s Heritage Preservation Coordinator David Blackburn (formerly Hopewell Furnace Site Manager) on Sunday, July 14, for a discussion of America’s 250 and how everyone can play a role. The free program will be held in Hopewell Furnace Visitor Center Theatre, 2 Mark Bird Ln., Elverson. Please keep in mind that due to capacity limitations in the park’s theatre, those interested in attending are encouraged to arrive as early as possible prior to the advertised start time to ensure a seat.
