DESCRIPTION:Welcome all women who wish to rise\, shine\, and find community in the great outdoors. Every Tuesday and Thursday\, we’ll meet at the State Hill Boat Ramp (lower lot) to embrace the season and immerse ourselves in nature. Depending on the weather—particularly wind speed—we’ll either hike or paddle (SUP/kayak). Our decision will be announced the evening before each event on the Facebook “Wake Up Women” post. \nHIKING\nWe’ll trek a scenic 3-mile loop that includes some hills.\nSturdy shoes are required (no flip flops or crocs).\nPADDLING (SUP/Kayak)\nPaddling is for those who have experience. No instruction will be provided at this meet-up.\nEquipment is NOT provided. No rentals are available for fall or winter.\nThis free event is designed to strengthen connections among women\, but registration is required. SUMMARY:Wake Up Women: Morning Connection in Nature
DESCRIPTION:Welcome all women who wish to rise\, shine\, and find community in the great outdoors. Every Tuesday and Thursday\, we’ll meet at the State Hill Boat Ramp (lower lot) to embrace the season and immerse ourselves in nature. Depending on the weather—particularly wind speed—we’ll either hike or paddle (SUP/kayak). Our decision will be announced the evening before each event on the Facebook “Wake Up Women” post. \nHIKING\nWe’ll trek a scenic 3-mile loop that includes some hills.\nSturdy shoes are required (no flip flops or crocs).\nPADDLING (SUP/Kayak)\nPaddling is for those who have experience. No instruction will be provided at this meet-up.\nEquipment is NOT provided. No rentals are available for fall or winter.\nThis free event is designed to strengthen connections among women\, but registration is required. Check our Facebook page the night before for final updates and be prepared for an energizing morning of fresh air\, community\, and winter adventure.

DESCRIPTION:JCWK Dance Lab is partnering with Alvernia University to offer “Summer Dance Series for Adults”. The 9-Week Dance Series is designed for studio teachers\, college students\, and adults who are interested in trying dance for the first time. Classes have different level options and times; instructors are professional dancers and educators who are excited to guide you in experiencing the joy and connection of dance. Series 1 includes Beginning Jazz by Jessica Warchal-King and Intermediate Contemporary by Arielle Ridley. Series 2 includes Beginning Modern with Warchal-King and Floor Work by Megan Zalek.
