If you have a love for the game of golf, then maybe you will like to give disc golf a try. Members of the Berks Disc Golf Club will be on hand to teach you about the different discs used to play, how to hold the discs, how to throw the discs, where local courses can be found, etc. Once they go over the basics, you will be able to practice what you have learned by playing a few holes with guidance from an experienced player. Bring any disc that you may have, if you don’t have any, one will be provided. Meet at the pavilion at Laurelain Park located at 3300 Snyder Ave. Reading PA 19605. We will meet on Sunday, April 24 with a rain date of May 1, from 10 to 11:30AM.
