IM in Motion

Abilities in Motion and the IM ABLE Foundation have come together to create the first-ever ‘IM in Motion’ event on June 17th at Alvernia University from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. At this event, attendees will be able to demo handcycles, partake in exercise classes, learn about the benefits of being active, engage in a sensory-friendly area, and learn about additional recreational activities through Abilities in Motion’s recreation resource guide. Other organizations will be present, including Greater Reading Mental Health Alliance, Berks Parks & Recreation, Berks County Public Libraries, Easter Seals, and Lancaster Recumbent.
