“Little Shop of Horrors”

Steel River Playhouse (245 E. High Street, Pottstown) presents “Little Shop of Horrors” running October 7th through October 23rd. It is a deviously delicious sci-fi smash musical, telling the story of the meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names “Audrey II” after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises Krelborn unending fame and fortune as long as he keeps feeding it blood. This production is sponsored by the Zarley Charitable Foundation, and during the run we’ll hold a “Feed Me Food Drive”. Bring your nonperishable items to our lobby and they’ll be donated to Mission First, helping fight food insecurity in our community.
