Reading Hospital will be offering a Mental Health First Aid course on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. These sessions are free and open to all employees and community members. Registration is required. Mental Health First Aid training will:  

• Teach you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.
• Provide you with the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to appropriate care. 

Date: Tuesday, April 29, 2025

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Location: Conference Centers 1&2

Participants will be expected to complete two hours of work prior to the course date. Additional details and instructions will be emailed upon enrolling.
