“Not Your Run Of The Mill” History Event
The Boyertown Area Historical Society is hosting its second annual living history event, “Not Your Run Of The Mill.” This event will be held on June 18th, 2022 with a rain date of June 19th. Located at 85 Sawmill Road in Boyertown, Bahrs Mill has often been a historically overlooked landmark. Created in the 1820’s, this little mill has had a large impact in the community’s culture from transportation to sports to agriculture and more.
The Boyertown Area Historical Society welcomes the public to this free event for tours, live music, live demonstrations, vendors and more from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
The Boyertown Area Historical Society is a 501c(3) library and museum. Their mission is to collect and preserve historically significant items and information from the Boyertown area’s past while enabling this history to be enjoyed and studied into the Boyertown area’s future.
