Safe Berks Celebration of Peace/Walk For NO MORE

The Safe Berks Celebration of Peace will take place on Saturday June 17, 2023 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the corner of Penn Avenue and Park Road in Wyomissing, under a tent. Registration will open at 8:30. Breakfast will be provided from 9:00 am – 9:45 am. The program honoring the recipients of our Voices for Change Award will start at 9:30 am. A survivor will share their story. Following the program, our Award winners will lead the Safe Berks Walk For NO MORE down Penn Avenue, and we will say as a community NO MORE domestic violence! NO MORE sexual assault! The Walk For NO MORE will kickoff West Reading’s annual celebration of Art on the Avenue.
