Save the Bees! is a family event. Enjoy the great outdoors together while hiking through beautiful Rock Hollow Woods. After a hike to the pavilion area, families will sit and enjoy a puppet show performed by Poppycock Puppets. After the puppet show, families will have the opportunity to meet and listen to a local bee keeper and then play in the area nearby before hiking back.

“The Mysterious Disappearance of the Bees. When the queen bee is found dead in the hive, the two worker bees set out to find out who did it and why? An energetic, witty and endearing who-dun-it that’s full of suspense and will keep the young & old entertained until the very end.

Step into the unknown world of a bee hive with this awesome- twosome, as they make it their mission to get to the bottom of the secrecy and mystery surrounding the death of the queen bee. You might even learn a little bit about bees!”

Please dress for the weather and hiking. This event will take place rain or shine but will be cancelled for severe weather. You will be contacted if the program is cancelled due to a severe weather forecast.
