Residents of Berks County will have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with Spotlight PA Berks reporters and share story ideas or tips about issues that directly impact their community during a listening session on Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Muhlenberg Community Library.
