SUMMARY:Yoga in the Great Outdoors at Rock Hollow Woods
DESCRIPTION:Adult Yoga in the Great Outdoors held at Rock Hollow Woods\nMonday Evenings: 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. \nJoin Tracy Wahl for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves \, then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts\, move their energy\, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit. \n***Purchase punch card that is good for 4 yoga practices***\nJune 1st\, 8th\, 15th\, & 22nd\nJuly 6th\, 13th\, & 27th\nAugust 3rd\, 10th\, 17th\, 24th\, & 31st\n \nClass is rain or shine\, coverage will be provided if it rains.  \nA non-slip mat is recommended. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
