Try Body Doubling at Free Coworking Day

Try body doubling to boost your productivity and discover all kTown Hall Coworking has to offer at our next Free Coworking Day!
Body doubling, also known as parallel working, is a productivity technique where at least two people complete tasks in the same physical or virtual space to encourage focus and accountability. While this strategy is often encouraged for those with ADHD, almost anyone can benefit.
kTown Hall will hold a morning body doubling session in their conference room from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and an afternoon session from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. After someone registers for Free Coworking Day, they’ll be able to sign up for one or both sessions.
While not in the body doubling distraction free zone, guests are encouraged to meet the kTown Hall coworking community and experience what the space has to offer. Are you a bit tired of your home office? Coworking allows you retain all the flexibility of remote work while providing a comfortable, professional space to make connections, mix up your routine, and join a community.
kTown Hall is located in the old Kutztown Town Hall building at 277 Fair Street. Free Coworking Day is a perfect opportunity to check out kTown Hall and try coworking for yourself. Attending a body doubling session is encouraged but not required. Come for a quick tour or stay to work all day.
Breakfast and coffee will be available starting at 8 a.m. The day will finish with a Networking Happy Hour at 4 p.m.
