“The teen presence at the library has been wonderful and continues to flourish, states Maria Long, library director.” “The teens really want to expand their cause for exciting upcoming programs and the materials that go with the planning, Long continues; “we have a very tight budget and we would like to see growth in both our teen collection and
programming. The teens thought this would be a great way to raise funds. The fair has generated a lot of interest.” Tabitha Donahue, president of the Teen Advisory Board, states: “whether you are looking for yourself or your loved ones, there will be an array of great things from: wreaths, jewelry, artwork, candles, to baked goods. All proceeds will benefit
our cause for great things for teens!” The Teen Advisory Board is asking for donated baked goods from either businesses or
those with baker hands. Baked good can be dropped off on 12/8 from 10-6PM, 12/9, 9-1PM, and on 12/10 from 8-9AM. Please have baked goods wrapped, with a tag of what the good is, and what allergens may be in the ingredients.
