Wildflower Walk

The spring season is a time to celebrate all the new growth that is happening around us. Winter is behind us, and the warm temperatures and longer days are here!

Join Parks staff member Kathy Grim on Sunday, May 1, for a wildflower walk along the Union Canal Trail from 1 to 2:30 p.m. During the walk, guests will enjoy the natural beauty of these delicate spring ephemerals and have plenty of opportunities to take photographs of a variety of flowers. Guests are also likely to see a variety of wildlife during the peaceful stroll, from wood ducks floating in the gentle waters of the Tulpehocken Creek to all types of songbirds in the trees.
