Berks County Field of Heroes | People of Action

Learn the history behind the creation of the Berks County Field of Heroes, the Celebration of Heroes Ceremony, and its community impact. Sharing how this annual community service project brings together various organizations, community leaders, and volunteers around the idea of honoring the heroes in our lives.

A discussion on the mission of the Field of Heroes event and how it has evolved since its inception. Gail and James highlight the goals of honoring heroes and uniting the community, along with the aspect of promoting mental health in partnership with the Reading Hospital Behavioral Health and the Veterans Affairs Office.
