Press conference held by Reading, PA Mayor Eddie Moran CRIZ Officials, and PA State elected officials announcing the City being approved for City Revitalization and Improvement Zone (CRIZ) funding for economic development. With CRIZ Authority Chair Peter Rye, Bill Evans from State Senator Judy Schwank’s office, PA State Rep. Manny Guzman, and PA State Rep. Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz.
