Chat with Volunteers Adonis Salazar and Raul Rivera | Barrio Voice

A chat with two dedicated volunteers from Barrio Alegría, a nonprofit organization committed to fostering connections within the community. Through their stories, we gain insight into the impactful work they do to bring people together.

Barrio Voice is a program that aims to share the stories of the people who work for or are part of Barrio Alegría. The program connects with the community through the lived experiences of its members, motivating others to join and become part of the change.

Additionally, we highlight a special event organized by Barrio Alegría in celebration of Children’s Day, where young participants had the opportunity to learn how to make and fly their own kites. This heartwarming activity not only brought joy to the children but also strengthened community bonds through creativity and shared experiences.
