Creative Aging with The Heritage Hotties | Greater Reading Area Dance Exchange

Jessica chats with The Heritage Hotties about how they got started and their mission to bring joy to the community through cheer. They discuss the physical and mental benefits of cheer as well as other activities they do like knitting and going on trips.

The Heritage Hotties have performed at senior clubs, The national Shrine of St. John Neuman in Philadelphia, and have appeared on the Today Show as part of their wellness program.
