Barbara Cupiti joins co-hosts Lucille DiGiamberardino and Eileen Kastura from Italy to discuss the pressure women are under in regard to balancing their careers and when they have children. How couples will need to help each other with raising the children and working outside the home. We also talk with Barbara about how this impacts women in Italy, and also touch on women of a certain age are also caring for their parents in the home.
